What does the price include?
The doctor’s order, the lab visit, the test and your results in your private online account. There are no lab fees, draw fees or hidden charges. The price on the button is the whole price.
Panel or single test?
If you know what you were exposed to, a single test is enough and costs less. If you don’t know, or you want a full picture, the 10-Test Panel covers everything major in one visit for less than buying the tests separately.
How much does STD testing cost elsewhere?
A clinic or urgent care visit is usually billed to insurance – a copay plus the lab charge, and a record at your insurer. Without insurance, urgent care commonly runs $100–$300 before the lab fee. Free clinics exist but usually mean limited hours, an appointment or queue, and results in 1–2 weeks. Our price is fixed, paid once, and includes everything.
Can I use insurance or an HSA?
We don’t bill insurance – that’s what keeps testing private. HSA and FSA cards work like any other card.
Can I add a test later?
Yes. After you order you’ll be offered the add-ons most people want, and you can always call to add a test before your lab visit.
What if I need treatment?
If a result is positive, our care team calls you and arranges a physician consultation. For chlamydia, gonorrhea and trich the physician can send a prescription to your pharmacy; the consultation is a separate fee explained on that call.
Will anyone find out?
No. We never bill insurance, nothing is mailed, the lab doesn’t know what you’re being tested for, and your card statement just says RSC Health.
