We understand privacy is important to you
especially when it involves your sexual health. At Rapid STD Testing we value your privacy, which is why we keep your private health information confidential. No matter how you choose to order your test, we’ll honor your privacy and make sure your confidentiality is maintained throughout the process.
Health Insurance
To better maintain your privacy, we do not accept payment from any personal private health insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare. This policy means that any tests you take, and their results, will not be reported to your health insurance and therefore, will remain off your permanent medical record.
Payment Options
Though we do not accept payment from health insurance providers, we do accept payment from health saving accounts and accept all major credit cards. We also accept other forms of payment including debit cards and prepaid gift cards from major credit card companies. All STD testing charges will appear as “()” on your credit card and bank statements to protect your privacy.
Your Test Results
Your results are safe with Rapid STD Testing. We will never contact you directly about your test or your results. Our policy requires each of our patients to call and speak with one of our care counselors and verify their personal information before any results can be released. This policy ensures that only you have access to your results.In the event that a positive test result is confirmed, we observe all federal and state regulations and policies which govern the reporting of such results.
